Orders are dispatched within a period of 10 working days or according to the delivery date established at the time of order confirmation. We exclusively utilize registered domestic courier services and/or speed post for shipping. All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer during the order confirmation process. Please note that the delivery address cannot be altered once the order has been dispatched from our facility.
What is the estimated delivery time for an order?
Typically, the delivery of an order takes approximately 10 to 15 business days. Business days do not include public holidays or Sundays. Upon placing an order, we transfer the plants into pots and allow time for the plants to settle before dispatching the order. This process ensures the protection of the plants from potential damage or deterioration.

How do I arrange for a pick-up if I need to return an item?
There is no requirement to return the plant. In the event that the plant is damaged during transit, please retain the plant and notify us. We will either provide a replacement plant or issue a refund for your purchase.
Are there any hidden charges associated with my purchase?
There are no hidden charges; all prices listed on the website include applicable taxes and VAT. Delivery charges may apply based on the quantity of products purchased.
How can I track my order?
We will send an email to the user to facilitate tracking of the shipment. Additionally, you will receive an SMS containing the shipping details, including the consignment number and a link to track the status of your order.
